APR Football Academy

Apr Football Academy is a talent search and skill development Football organisation founded by Apr FC ,one of the best team in Rwanda,engages in recuiting young and talented footballing youths for possible absurption into Professional Football Clubs.
In pursuant to this cause,we have qualified staff . Therefore,presently our focus is about to be spread to the Rwandese.
Football, the sport most popular of the world existed already with the Middle Ages and it is only in second half the XIX century that it east develops in England.
The expansion of this play reached Rwanda between 1896-1949; the first clubs officially recognized amateurs one seen the day in 1963. The evolution towards professional football settles slowly but surely from where the recent interest for young people as future professionals is growing.
Since 1994, Rwandan Football knew a significant progression with like result the participation of final Rwanda in the phase of the edge 2004, the number of club affiliated to the FERWAFA increased as well as the level of the championship; all these were crowned by the organization of the phase final of the Cup of Africa of the nations - juniors.
However, the furnished efforts did not reach a satisfactory level yet to equip the country of the professionals which can be competitive at the African and world level.
In order to mitigate this situation, the creation of a project "APR Academy" is paramount. The success of this project will require a long-term planning. Being given the stakes individual, social, economic and policy which this initiative implies, we can affirm with conviction that it deserves a special attention.
Project APR Academy such as it is conceived will have certainly a considerable impact on the social, political, as well as economic level.
At the individual level, the program for the young people recruted is a strong foundation with their initiation with the professional football and the continuous development of the performances. As several undertaken studies affirm it, many are advantages that the young people can get in practicing fooball :

• to learn from novel methods and to
• to have fun and take pleasure,
• to work their physical conditions and to be in
• improve acquired competences,
• to live passion and to take up the challenges of the competition,
• good health,
• to benefit from the team spirit and to be made new friends

In addition to these elements mentioned by the young people, we can as affirm as a sporting experiment which gives them opportunities of becoming somebody of important increases their intrinsic motivations and push them to want to practise football the remainder of their life.
Concurrently to these professional advantages, the education for the young people will equip to them with intellectual knowledge and competences which will increase their good being individual and social apart from their sporting circle, and this will enable them to reach the high level of performance and to maintain it.
After the genocide, the installation of a social project aiming has to weave the social links is one of the solutions towards the national reconciliation in a climate of sporting tolerance.
The project will require important investments, from the financial point of view, moral and energy. Of this fact a thorough study of feasibility proves to be necessary.
Per hour of the universalization of football, continual efforts must be provided in order to adapt to the novel methods and to be competitive as well at the local, regional level as world.
The success of this project and the performances of the young Rwandan elites will depend largely on the interest that the political and economic decision makers as well as the promoters of the project will grant to this project.
However, the financing of this project is not the only key component to achieve the goals of the project, but also a permanent professional framing must be taken into account.
That can seem ridiculous with the glance d' other realities and d' other politico-economic stakes, but in the current context more still qu' previously, l' Rwandan economy as a whole has very to gain with the installation of this project. Indeed, this project will be a very important tool in the integration o f Rwanda at the regional level (EAST AFRICA COMMUNITY, COMESA, CEPEGEL), continental (EDGE, CHAMPION LEAGUES, etc) and international (the COMMONWEALTH, FRANCOPHONIE). It will also contribute to the promotion of tourism in the country.
The public authority also has interest there. Football is a social phenomenon if one takes account of his fascination for the popular masses, the politicians, the economic operators, the masses media, etc It is surely with reason that Brohm qualifies it " plague émotionnelle" for the ones and a " passion exultant" for the others. It has an positive impact in the life of the population, the most festive sport with the international level, it allows the meetings between people and the fact of sharing passion for football brings them closer much more.
All these joined together factors ?economic and political? will make it possible the country to acquire a good reputation not only in Africa, as it is the case in several spheres of activities but also with the world rank.
